Miguna is behind the mask of justice

He is the talk of the town, the village
and the incumbent factor
determining the Prime Minister’s
political course to the next General
Election. He has caused ripples and
tides in the Kenyan political arena, favoring some political candidates
and disadvantaging others by his
book Peeling
Back the Mask: Quest For Justice in
Kenya. But whether Miguna’s intention with
his book is expression of literature
and love for books or not, he is really
trying to pass a message, either
for revenge of loosing his job as the
Chief Advisor to the PM Raila Odinga or for commercial use of the
knowledge acquired in his
acquaintance with
him channeled in a hot form. Miguna has proved that he can for a
moment hold Kenya affairs politically,
giving a mileage to turns and twists
that this democratic country has ever
experienced by simple use of
freedom expression and guerilla warfare of
threatening to produce an extended
piece of his mind to the ODM officials
in relations to the pos election
violence. And without even giving out
his next Mask Peeler probably, he says
more than he means with just a threat
of
important evidence to ride individuals
to The Hague. He has a reason to be believed and
not to be believed in the long run, but
he has disclosed an iniquity in
disguise and does not in any way
breach the
PMs Confidence under the Constitutions section of “agreement
requesting
confidentiality obligation between
employer and employee” because he
has
fallen out of terms with him. The book that is tailored to keep its
audience locked considering the
current political context in the
country is obviously a bestseller
making
the reading Kenyans storm bookshops despite its soaring price.

LETS NOT FALL FOR THE TRICK AGAIN

Being a Kenyan and being born in Kenya are two different things, only similar in letters. So who owns Kenya? Is it the born in Kenya guy,or is it the Kenyan? My friend, weve been long deceived by some born in-Kenya fellas who have personal interests veiled in the dark linen of democracy.
We have witnessed people turning into beasts. And they will if we dont look out. Who hates victory? Who doesnt want to set traps for rivals to fall prey? Who?
One bigshot in politics, after immense research and daily soundmind observation, has proved that he can pay mercenaries to threaten another politician so as to beat his rival on his own game. He has been using the Damnum injurie esse Potesst ( The term "damnum sine injuria" is more properly stated "damnum sine injuria esse potest". It means "There may be an injury inflicted without any act of injustice." There is another term like it that is "damnum absque injuria", which means damage or harm without an injury in the legal sense. In other words a loss or injury to someone which does not give that person a right to sue the person causing the loss) strategum_-this rule states that a person can be involved in a crime (e.g. post-election violence) by use of cool-hands thus he can elope justice since he has not been directly and publicly involved.
Pals,he is about to play the game again.
I have no ill feeling against our Prime minister since thEse allegations from a political analyst coincide with his past deeds, but even if some things are not uncovered, they still affect the day.
All in all, remind yourself that you are not son of the nation, you own it.

Worn Out Politics of Kenya.

From a patriotic citizen’s point of view, politics have been transformed into cagey games played by the honorable in Kenya-and a salary goes with it. Recently, Synovate released the rate patriotism of different figures in the Kenyan political arena. It was measured in percentage, and basing on the result one may wonder why none of them scored 80% and above in the different fields of assessment.
A good citizen ought to wonder about the ironical results and also think hard the reason behind those fellows still holding power. Luckily, there are so many of the citizens wondering as we talk, but opt to swallow their bleak thoughts.
Everyday funny occurrence, comment or act happens, endowing smiles in the face of media houses- because there is a story to tell-and veil ordinary citizen’s face with a mutual frown. At appoint, one honorable comes up with an idea and seconds later he is being reprimanded by others-who obviously cannot think like them-  then he or she wallows in the mire of accusations, until they give in saying that it was not their idea even if it is a good one.
Apparently, they close their mouths and open them when accusing someone, may it be G7 or about the election date or the ODM.
Back in time when honorable were citizens, actions said it better. Those who persevered carrying the spirit of being honorable with them into the modern world later realized that what has evolved from politics is politicking, and that their past cannot fit in. politics and politicking are two different things, only familiar because of their first seven letters.
Worn out is what I can say on behalf of the ordinary right thinking members of the society for the games that this honorable get paid for. If at all it is possible for citizens to form a party against the existing ones, Kenya would be the first country to have the strongest government-ever in the world.

idea well recieved

its good you have come out with this strategy. ihope we shall unite and share our ideas.
